Conditions of sale

Full amount of stay is payable in advance by credit card at booking time. The credit card used for booking must be presented at reception upon the client's arrival.

The reservation cannot be cancelled or modified.

Rate excludes additional services, tourist tax and additional taxes, which vary according to hotel, period and availability.

In case of non usage only for hotels located in Germany: Earnings from a substitute accommodation contract, as well as saved expenses will be deducted.

Check-in and check-out times vary from one hotel to another and will be stipulated in the conditions of sale at the time of booking.

Members' rate conditions

Anyone wishing to take advantage of the Members’ rate must be, or become, an ALL - Accor Live Limitless member and respect the T&Cs applicable to the program. Members must show their card at check-in (or their membership number if they are yet to receive their card). No more than 2 rooms may be booked at the Members' rate per member and per stay.
